What's the difference between BSC and MSC in VN-cover?

In VN-cover, there are four types of condition coverage, EXPR, BSC, MSC and FEC.

What's the difference between BSC and MSC?

For example

IF (a=1 and b=1) or (c=1 and d=1) THEN
...

How to make the BSC and MSC to 100%?
