transient simulation of envelope tracking bias modulator and PA

Hi everyone,

I am working on an envelope tracking PA design. I have designed the envelope tracking bias modulator in Cadence, and a linear PA in ADS. Now, I would like to integrate the two circuits together and run transient simulation with an input signal consisting of both envelope and RF carrier. Can someone please recommend a method to do this?
I have tried migrating the PA design from ADS to Cadence, but transient simulation does not converge, possibly because of s-parameter models in the PA.
