Design of cmos circuit in orcad pspice (students version)

I want to design a CMOS current opamp in Cadance Orcad Capture (student version). I need help on the following.
1. Can we change (W/L) if a cmos (nmos, pmos) in orcad Capture.? if yes how ?
2. Can we edit the technology file of a particular element in orcad pspice library? how?
 

I have implemented few designs, but when I perform the ac analysis the output graph does not show db data on X axis but Volts when I measure output voltage in Orcad... What do I change to get freq. v/s gain in db plot. ?
