Who is wrong?

I downloaded a pspice free tool called PSpLibXlat10.It can translate Hspice model into Pspice model. But when I use it to translate MOSFET model,I find that "Kp" in MOSFET parameter is 0.4598 whichi is much bigger than the default 2e-5.I think there is something wrong with this software.

Re: Who is wrong?

I guess so. Typically, kp in pmos is about 20e-6 to above hundred e-6.
Also, kp values can vary lightly with bias point, temperature and missmatch.
