Any body know about how can i measure the load through Mosfet(parallaly connected) without using CT coil and Hall effect sensor .
i mean am going to switch this mosfet through 50Hz square pulse and load may be approximately > 2KVA (so shunt res not possible to measure load).
i want to know, how to find the load across mosfet .here accuracy is not much impotent .
It may possible through a diode RC network . But i don't know about that . any body have any idea?

thanks ur replay

But i want to fix this circuit , and measure this load variation through uC , inorder to switch of the mosfet if heavy load dettected.
So leave multimeter .

If you do not want to measure drain current then I suggest you to look at drain-source voltage and heat sink temperature .
If you have gate-source voltage all time on the same level (say so 15V) then voltage drop on drain-source is dependent on channel resistance.
I believe Rds.on you can find in datasheet and also dependence from junction temperature.
