I am trying to use the SpectreS. I want to know, whether i can use mosis models (bsim3v3.1) directly in spectreS? if so, what is the format for writing the model file? (if some one can post it or send it to me, it would be fantastic).
thanks in advance.

Probably this might sound clearer..

I want to run spectre and SpectreS in Cadence. I know how to work with UNIX. So if someone can tell me how to run them (in CADENCE) and what is the model files format for BSIM3v31 (especially their file extension).

I want to run schematic and later layout. I need it asap....

Thanks in advance.
