Consider a totem pole driven Class D and another one with out totem pole drive and ponder the following questions in my mind
1.Which of the two will have higher response time ?

This is my take in it The one with a totem pols drive has a higher levels of BJT so it will have higher response time

2. For a high speed response ckt what design should I go and why ?

PS they are in my consideration list before designing one for the first time

I don't think that your circuit design alternatives are clearly described.

"Totem-pole" drivers are rarely used in MOS circuit design, thus I'm not sure why you consider it all. It's a classical single polarity BJT topology, e.g. used in TTL logic.

My bad sir I edited the query pls do point I am in a way have encountered a dead end in this designing thing can you tell a way out or some reference points for general consideration

Generally any added stage will add some circuit delay and lower the frequency response. The totem pole will, however, provide more output current and faster drive to low impedance loads, such as the high capacitance of a MOSFET gate.
