Measuring opamp output impedance

I am trying to measure the output impedance of an opamp in the attached configuration. Results are attached.

Basically, Zo = Vo/Io = 10mV/40mA = 0.25 Ohms.

Without the capacitor in the circuit, I get mostly a large dc current. Is there a better method to measure output impedance? I would like to verify my results.

There is a simple way available here !
Use a variable resistor , with value of 5 k ohms . then inject a sine wave , to the input ( use it as an amplifier ) then try to vary the potentiometer . ( until that the out put voltage is 0.5 vout without load ) then open the potentiometer and measure it's resistance . it is your out put impedance .
