why server replies "GET to /index.html not supported" ?

server side file format is index.php it should be reply some data.
 

You should turn on logging on your web server, to see the reason.
 

Depends on your particular web server. You could google for this.
 

It appears that you may have a blank line between the "Get" and the "HOST" lines. A blank line indicates the End-of-Header, so the server will not see the HOST line as part of the header.
