LPC2138 proteus not working

i am using PROTEUS 7.4 to simulate LPC2138 and using Keil uVision4 to generate hex file..

the simulation is not working, it is running without any error or warning and it is showing proper result on Keil debugger...

when i look at flash memory on proteus it is initalized properly but RAM read blank completely

anyone having any solutions.....

I believe you need to implement a viable oscillator, in other words attach a crystal and capacitor pair, for the ARM to function as expected.

Proteus indicates sixteen warning/error messages, have you examined them? Can you post them?
