i want an inverter circuit which should give ground output when input is 3.3v.......
i have seen some circuits using mosfets but i need ckt which will give low when input is 3.3v

Use P mos they in enhancement mode they will suffice you

Put the Vdd to 5 V aas high and Gnd the source

Apply 3.3 V at gate you will get 0 V in the op

well i need it urgently........i have BC547 now...
can i make it using that??

i also have IRFZ44E now

BC 547 is a NPN transistor

Irf is a fet and can be used mos Inverter

In fet this can be done if negative polarity is given that is -3.3 V at the gate as IRF is a N channel FET

can provide circuit using BC547

can provide circuit using BC547

BC 547 I will try but not sure if it is possible to do it as Transistor is a Current controlled and not a voltage controlled device

Hope this helps the Voltage at the Emitter appears to be 0V in simulator not exactly sure in practical design inverter.JPG

frow where i will take output ?
from emitter?

oops sry 4 asking foolish question
