I have a one electronics ckt which have a one micro-controller At89C2051 but i got that IC damages so i want to replace it but i don't have that ic but i have similar devices so i want to copy the ic... so have you any idea about the copy the ic any circuit? please help me..

can you read the 89C2051 with another programmer or is it damaged?
if you explain what programmer it is or where you got it maybe someone has the software for it?

Can you post a schematic of the programmer?

i have a physio therapy unit TENS, I have a to device. one is damage and another is ok. and when i replace the damage ic into fine device, the device stopped to work. so im conform that 89c2051 is damage. so i want to copy fresh 89c2051 to another blank IC.

This is by far the best and easiest & most reliable programmer for the at89C2051.

follow the schematic carefully and you will have a good programmer.
If your PC does not have a serial port, you can use a good USBtoRS232 cable (not a cheap knock-off from China!).
