I am currently designing a phone charger with an input of 220Vac and my desired output is 5Vdc with a maximum current of 350mA.

We have been testing circuits using BUCK topology with PWM IC UC3843 but so far we don't have any good outputs.

Do you have any working schematics which we could follow? Thanks
