for installing virtual xp windows by virtual box is it necessary to have windows xp program ?
 

Yes!

The virtual mashine is like any physical PC, you need to boot from a windows CD or image to install the operating system.
 
how can i boot from windows image which the bellow message doesnt appear?
fatal couldn't read from the boot medium system halted.

you can start with create a new virtual machine procedure after that i will tell you how to install from an iso image

I don't have them

you should have a CD of the operating system or an iso image in order to install it on the virtualbox
 
I have installed xp virtual windows by virtualbox but it doesn't detect flash memory do you have any idea in order to solve this problem?
 

There is a menu from where you can select to connect any USB device to the internal operating system.
 

where can i find this option?

It should be in the virtual machine settings, the USB tab

you first poweron the xp virtual machine you created dont make fullscreen Now insert the usb device , from the top menu click Devices then usb devices you can see your usb device name there click on it now the hardware detection program will run and your device will be loaded
 

I do that but the above error was it's result
