I'm Computer Engineer Student.
In this Term I have Pre-Project and I wish to keep scope in Embedded Relate Field
But I'm Quite Newbie In This Field.
I can use Linux in general purpose, C Programming, Linux System programming.
I used to Build Linux From Scratch(4.1) on My PC.
but i don't have any experience in Compose Embedded system
So I need your idea to Complete this Project.
Anyone Could guide me about this.
Project not too hard because I have 20 days to complete this subject.

You can start by mentioning what is is exactly you want to build, its function etc..
 

Can't you download a version of ecos and create a simple OS for a PC peripheral device using message queues, tasks, priority and target PC. Possible it is a bit simple but at least it is a start.

otherwise if u have good idea of c and real time u can go for device drivers too for USB..For idea u can get the free codes tooo
 

Try out incremental development of my project. I have made home applicance control using sms, which is a software based project designed using VB. For linux try to make use of gnokii - a free source code available.
