OFDM Receiver: non-synchronous sampling scheme

Hi all,
we want to implemented an OFDM receiver in SDR (software defined radio),so for this reason we have the below problems

1-symbol timing synchronization(correct symbol start position before FFT)

2- the carrier frequency synchronization

3-the sampling clock synchronization(sampling clock errors due to the mismatch of crystal oscillators.)

the last section(problem number 3-) is big problem in our work and we have serious problem to implementing that section in Matlab.

We need something as Gardner algorithm to correct sampling and select optimum sample per symbol before anything.
maybe we need a feedback after FFT block to first interpolator/decimator.
but unfortunately the almost article focused or synchronous sampling scheme.

if you have any idea or reference or link, help us
thanks a lot
