bug or error - plated drill to copper in cam 350

i have a problem. In cam350, during DRC checks - plated drill to copper it doesnt show any errors but actually it has errors. verified using genesis. guys help me with this.........
 

no both are same but no error :(

Actually which one is good cam 350 or genesis ???
 

now i got it. i forget to include the necessary layers since i used an saved streams.
