8-bit pipeline ADC spec

Hi,
Could anyone help me on what is the latest spec (current, INL, DNL, speed) for the pipeline ADC.
Thanks in advance

Re: 8-bit pipeline ADC spec

Depend on what technology you are using.
Typical specs are DNS < 0.5LSB and INS < 1LSB.
A 3.3V 8 bit pipelined ADC should achieve 150MSPS at < 50mA.

Re: 8-bit pipeline ADC spec

Hi Colbhaidh,
I am using cmos technology and I plan to do a research for 2.6V 8 bit pipelined ADC.
thanks

Re: 8-bit pipeline ADC spec

Dear Colbhaidh:
You means 50 mA, so the power is 50*3.3=165mW?

8-bit pipeline ADC spec

you can refer to the datasheet of Maxim Co.
it can supply free sample chip for phototype design.
