Hai,
I am using PWM for Iris control. Now I am controlling it at a frequency of 15KHz and by varying the dutycycle.
Is controlling the motor by changing the dutycycle (with fixed frequency) or by changing the frequency only is better? Is there any difference between these two? And can I increase the speed of opening and closing iris ?

Actually, at first I used a frequency of 50 Hz and now I am using 15KHz. But i didn't see much difference in the speed.

Thanks

if u need to change the speed then it is necessary to keep one frequency or pwm ratio constant which means that -consider in case for 1Hz frequency and 50% on time i will get the power for half second and the same power can be obtained with frequency 2Hz and 25% on time.
