Hello, my friends:)

I am extracting parasitics of my layout using calibre.
However, I have a problem related to calibre PEX MOS finger

For example :
Fingers of transistors in my schematic & layout are
W=90, L=1, NF= 15.
However, The result is that in calibreview(calibre) I'm getting transistors in my layout :
W=90, L=1, NF= 1
That is, only MOS Finger NF =1 is extracted in calibre.
I cannot have different MOS finger numbers in calibre.

I must check the exact numbers of fingers for post simulation
because I have a problem with STI stress in using process
So, I need number of MOS finger than NF=1

Can you help me out with this? How can I tell PEX to extract MOS in the right way?
Please help me :oops:
