How to model the channel as clarke's flat fading model in matlab

while i am re-simulating a paper(attached file)
the author at the (V. Simulation result) section mentioned that the channel is "clarke's flat fading model "

i want to know how to do that in matlab
as i only found the "rayleighchan" function which is used to simulate Rayleigh channels but with jakes model

Any Help?
