how can I filte the shifted voltage

if the ref voltage is divided by two 100k resistors and the input signal is 1v reference to the ref,so how can I get a real 1v reference to the GND?

you can find in the circuit the input signal is 1v reference to ref voltage=12/2=6v,so the input signal is 6=1=7v reference to the GND,so so how can get a 1v reference to the GND?get rid of the 6v ref
I powered the AD637 for signal voltage and get a output which have a ref voltage shifted,so I wanna clear the ref voltage and get a real output reference to the GND
 

I'm not under the impression that AD637 is suited for single supply operation.
