Does anyone have a simple project with pic 16f876a for a counter frequency? google don`t help me.

Well, may be google wasn't kind to you  but I found a frequency counter with 16f877a (eqivalent to 16f876a) from google. It is downloaded from here.

See the attachment....

hello, yes i know that project, but the hex can be used for pic16f876a? or i need cu recompile?

The only difference between 876 and 877 is..
876 have 22 I/O pins and 5 nos of 10 bit ADC
877 have 33 I/O pins and 8 nos of 10 bit ADC

Since ADC's are not being used, and as I checked the pins used in this circuit are all present in 876 (only those pins are left which are not present in 877), I suppose the same hex should work in 876. I don't work with PIC, but logics are all same.
It should work. If it is possible for you to make an experiment, you can try it first.
