3, Study about Thyristors - SCR, DIAC,TRIAC and IGBT, MOSFET ...

start googling

What do you mean by power electronics?
I like this book.

Hi Larten
Humm , power electronics ! a sweet way for go !
From my side these books are coming :
1- power electronics by professor cyril lander
2- power electronics , by professor Muhammad Rashid
3- power electronics by professor bim bhara
4 - ... etc
Those are for classical power electronics . if you need more tell me , i have more than that !
For modern power electronics , and SMPS and converter design , there are many books too . but before that you should mention that which filed of power electronics is in your interest exactly !
Best Wishes
Goldsmith
