Hello!

I have to plan the layout, cabinets, structure and power supplies of a new electronics laboratory for a company. We have already the components, power supplies, scopes, etc. The laboratory will mainly be used for testing, prototype assembly and development of electronics from low voltage to 400 VDC, 380 VAC products, therefore safety issues are important.

Although I have worked in various companies and labs, I would appreciate if you have any:
- Comments
- Suggestions
- Photos of nice labortories
- Safety guides
- Recommendations

Thank you!

Ernest

some suggestions:

let each table can be a universal test bench type with all equips(pwr supply , sig gen and scope etc) arranged in easy accessible layout and fixed on each table.

let there be one PC based test setup be available so that any test result etc can be stored and hardcopied for future reference.

if possible, you can also give ergonomic designs in tsetbench arrangement and operator chairs. This will pay in long run.
