for my project i use condenser microphone...but i can't see voltage across it with digital multimeter..i have no oscilloscope..so i can't see it...how can i test it whether this microphone is working or not? help me plz

What makes you think the microphone is faulty, that you wish to test it?
There is not a lot to go wrong with a microphone element.

Why not connect it to an amplifier to check it? Sounds a bit obvious.

use a cmos inverter as an op amp to amplify 60dB
ac couple with .01 to .1uF to input self bias with 1~10Mohm from output to input., then ac couple 1~100uF to ear buds 60ohm and listen.

Adjust pull up source resistor on Mic to get at least 1~2 volts below V+.. 5~10K range.

actually...i connected a buzzer with it...and i could not hear any sound..i have connected amplifier with it...but the result was same...no sound

You have to apply a bias voltage to the microphone, like in this picture. It won't work without bias.

Be careful to connect it the right way - plus of battery to plus of microphone through the resistor.
