difference between level triggered flipflop and a clocked latch???

arent both same?? can a latch be clocked ... or a clocked latch just becomes a flipflop..??? :?:

yeah but dont we have level triggered flipflops??? some texts mention that... if these exist then wont it function same as a clocked latch??? :-|
 

the use of ff is to enable an op in a particular time lesser than preferably 100ms

if you are planning to use a ff for a level ip then there is no point in using it

it is better for you to go for a latch in those cases

what is your prime need for which you are querying this out
