I am new to using DSP hardware units, I only had experience working with microcontrollers.

I now consider buying a DSP for some application
https://www.ti.com/product/tms320c6748
the problem is I dont know how to program it . the link does not show any programmers.
also good tutorials for using DSPs would be appreciated

thanks.
