Hello,

Suppose we have M sources, K relays, and one destination. The sources transmit sequentially using TDMA multiple access technique. Then the best relay is selected to transmit an XORed version of all signals from all sources, i.e.: we need M+1 time slots to transmit M signals.

The question is, what is the mutual information between each source and each relay, and between each relay and the destination? In particular, I need to know what is the factor "a" before the log function in the mutual information expression: a*log2(1+SNR)

Thanks
