What are you working on?

Hiya all,
I am a newbie (both here and to analog ic design). I ve been working on Digital design for a few years now and i only got interested in Analog for my Masters.

I would appreciate it if you would post what circuits (basic and advanced) you most often design and also what you re working on at the moment ?

What are you working on?

you can design an opamp.

Re: What are you working on?

Hi ,

read this book Analysi and Design Of Analog Intergrated Cicuits by Paul R.Gray

Re: What are you working on?

AD/DAC, RF front-end, Opamp, PLL...
I am also a new analog designer, just began to do this for half a year...
and even no experience on Digital circuits  .
A long way to go...

What are you working on?

RF .OPTIC FRONTEND,

Re: What are you working on?

mixed signal, for biomedical and implantable applications

Re: What are you working on?

can you give some examples about biomedical and implantable applications?
And my school has the biomedical major, do you think it is a good majot to study? What do they learn and what background do they need? What kind of biochip do they design?
My background is semocondctor device, is it easy for me to pick up?

Re: What are you working on?

Power management is a very interesting field as well.

What are you working on?

high speed link

Re: What are you working on?

ADC like sigma-delta.

Re: What are you working on?

With current movment toward digital and mixed design, Mixed mode is another choice.

What are you working on?

Anybody have the book about Biochips?

Re: What are you working on?

Analog Layout,PLL

What are you working on?

Previously, CMOS op-amp design. Now, digital design.

Both are very very interesting field.

What are you working on?

will anybody give information regading biochip, thanks in advance

Re: What are you working on?

LVDS design
I also do some analog layouts..

Re: What are you working on?

i am working on next generation network in huawei, a vendor company from china.

Re: What are you working on?

well opamp or PLL or data converters

and i am working on RF and microwave design in my graduation project

What are you working on?

start with an inverter design, go to simple gates and their transistor sizing for various loads, then go to a differential pair and then an opamp! that's all basics you need to start! remember though, it's a drop in the ocean!

Added after 28 seconds:

i'm working on high performance analog layout.

Re: What are you working on?

Non Volatil memory (OTP: antifuse) design 65nm and 90nm, schematic and layout

Funny ???
