Hi,
I want to design a simple voltage to frequency converter at the board level. Output is a square wave with center frequency at 70 KHz and the spread is +5% to -5% around the center. The controlling voltage may be sine or triangular, with a max frequency of 2 Khz - ie. the input voltage is more or less constant or a given cycle. Accuracy is not that important as this is a one off design and it can be tuned. Simplicity is important and preferably the design doesn't use anything fancier than an op-amp. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
