simulator for power calculation.

hello....
i implemented my circuit in LTspice simulator tool.
but it is not giving me the power consumption measurement.
so, is there any simulator available that can take .cir file as input and give me the power consumption ?
or is there any other method to get power consumption ?
Is Hspice available at a free of cost on internet ?

I dont think Hspice is available for free of cost. Tanner EDA will give power estimate.
