This is a construction of very simple active subwoofer. It consists of LW800 in BR housing. Its capacity is about 30l. The device is powered from TDA1562 with bass filter on operational amplifier. Delayed switching of the speaker is on a separate PCB. High-level inputs. Volume potentiometer and clamps of supply and remote are placed on a small black panel attachced to the rear wall using screws. High-level socket has holes in place of soldering cables, the holes in the board were over treated after tightening to gain an effect of airtight closure. The panel was tightened with laminate from the inside and sealed with glue. Heat sink can be sealed by a strongly tightened blanket.
Housing was made of 18mm thick chipboard, suppression of wadding, padding of blanket. A classic grille was also added in the end.
