Proteus has no model for the ADC0809 -> Unless you find it on internet or make it, you cannot simulate.
You can eliminate the errors checking "Exclude from Simulation" in the properties window of U2 (ADC0809) (and unchecking "Attach module hierarchy"), but U2 will only be an empty block.
