When i test the power supply the voltage are good, but when i connect the power supply with THE device, The voltage drop and the device cannot turn on. Can you help me please to locate the problem in the schematic in photo.
I have check all capacitor in the secondary and primary section. This problem is very common in power adapter. Please help me to solve this problem. I need to repair this power supply.

THANKS IN ADVANCES.

Either test the power supply with an equivalent load or the "THE device" (what's it?) with a lab power supply to clarify which side is faulty.

I have tested and with other devices, but again the voltage are good but when i connect with the device the voltage drop.

In common were i have to check at first if this problem happend in any power supply ?

is your device is ok. first check your device.

Your 50W supply design may be unregulated on the output. How much drop vs I and is it resistive load or ?

R14 senses overvoltage. Does the LED come on?

Just a question:

Why is needed the second diode D3? The diode D4 isn't enough?
