hi can anyone give me the very simplest circuit diagram for AC voltage regulator using SCR
 

Hello,

in the attached circuit you see a simple controller for AC. It can be use for Lamps and little motors or transformer as a dimmer.

In this drawing the meaning of Last is load and Netz means line input.

T2 can be change into an other type but it need a heat sink.

When talking about a regulator, I would expect a circuit with constant output voltage or current, but the question is somewhat ambiguous.

Perhaps you can clarify your understanding of regulator and give corner specifications when passing by.
