For safety reasons it is NOT recommended to use bread boards for such high AC voltages. If the board is wet, it will break down or burn, also it allows the exposed components to be touched. This all is dangerous. Please always separate the AC voltages > 60 V from low-voltage circuits. Use safe plug-in wall AC/DC converters instead, or a good power supply where all AC components are insulated.
