i use 1602ZFA 16x2 lcd display it's work but when i look straight it my characters appears with black boxes but when i look it in side view it has clear display

what is the problem

Have you used Pot on the Contast adjustment pin of the LCD...

If yes then rotate the pot.... to get display clear..

and if not used a pot then connect a pot...

yes, what Arun Sharma said is correct, in your board there is one ADC variable pot is presented over there, that colour is look like orange, try to check whether this is connected to the VEE pin of lcd...

basically you need to set the contrast of your LCD , as you are using a ready made board , see the manual to locate the "CONTRAST POT" that must be available somewhere around the LCD socket

but the thing is i can see my characters clearly but only the side view
if i look the display straight characters there but black boxes also there

upload some pics of your lcd displays

exactly thats what we call contrast problem , it can be solved by varying the contrast adjust pot connected to pin VEE , see the pics below :

how to configure 15 and 16 pins in LCD

vary the the pot for contrast and then lcd display is clear .

Actually, most HD44780 compatible LCDs recommend the use of a 10KΩ pot connected between Vdd (5V or 3.3V) and Vss (GND) and the wiper connected to Vo or Vee (contrast pin).

Is the following photo similar to your LCD?

sometimes if the LCD requires more power than being supplied the contrast gets out. check if your supply line volts drop when LCD is ON? pin 15 and 16 are for backlight and they have nothing to do with contast. also check if contrast pin is correctly soldered to the header?
