My mother who is 78 years old lives at home alone with a caregiver. I have heard that a live 2 way voice video surveillance system can be used to keep a check on a caregiver even while we are at work. I have a heard about the surveillance system from Alarmforce videorelay. Has anyone used their system? I just wanted to know a few opinions before getting it installed. Please let me know your reviews soon.;-

Hiya Sophie - I'll prefix my answer by saying I know nothing about the Alarmforce product whatsoever :)

Two (undoubtedly) much cheaper solutions spring to mind as food for thought though... 1) Skype video chat is pretty good/convenient!
For something more "professional" (read: reliable & not requiring intervention), a permanently installed IP camera (such as **broken link removed**) can be accessed from anywhere and some cameras even support 2 way audio (do check - not all support audio...) . While there's a plethora of cheap (-n-nasty) indoor cameras that do audio on Ebay, I've found the build quality of outdoor cameras to be a) better and b) pretty good.

Good luck!
