Find frequency of the output clock signal.

Is there any way through which i can measure the frequency of a clock signal? Can it be measured using a DMM?
 

yes there r some dmm which have f option. if u want to make ur own project then i may give u which can measure upto 50 mhz

no thz dont have freq option but if u want to make project then u have to implement ckt of pic 16f877a
