hello fri.......
my project is microcontroller base two axis solar tracking system.so i have no found circuit diagram and microcontroller code.i hope u suggest about my project.....thnk u so much
 

Aren't you supposed to design the circuit and write the code yourself?

You need to do some mechanical design work too, for the physical tracking. It is probably easiest to do that with servos.
