Touch power switch circuit needed.

Hi,

I want a touch power supply switch (like in calculators) with auto power off if idle for 1~2 minutes. The supply need is regulated 5V from 9v battery and total current consumption is aroud 15mA.

Please somebody have a suitable circuit or link?
