I am working on design of CMOS second generation current controlled current conveyors (CCCII+). I am working in 0.13um CMOS technology. I am stuck with the design of W/L ratios of the transistors. Can anyone please help me how to design the W/L ratios of the design in this technology. If you have any link that can help me, please post it. If any one had worked on this please post the W/L ratios of CCCII+ for this technology. I have uploaded the schematic for reference.[/IMG] 1-s2.0-S143484110900123X-gr4.gif

Without any info about input currents (at X & Y), load capacitance and required speed (operation frequency) you can't decide upon W/L values.
