Actually i have one PCB board, in that there are few diodes marked with 63 (Before 63 there is cross L letter), it has 6-pin, on the two pins it has dot marking on the top, from my background research on internet i came to know that it might be a SOT-363 package, but i would like to know the exact manufacture part number.

Help me on this

Why MOSFET? but in PCB it has written D1,D2,D3, if it is MOSFET then it has to be Q1 or something like that, correct me if i am wrong?

L63 is just a prefix you neglected to report the rest of the part number. your additional REFDES information is useful.. just use search engine on this site like I did.
There were > 500 hits on L63
https://elcodis.com/searchparts/sot-363+diode+triple.html

Had >200 hits

With more info you can find 1 in a million similar parts.

Let me correct you, Only L63 witten on the diode (with two dot sign on 2 pins), there are no other information on the device

It may be on underside or maybe not.

If so then you have to use your Component Engineering skills and reverse engineer the part using V-I curves in circuit... THey may be zeners or schottky diodes or who knows.

Yes true, you know what I have seen first time of such diode, which has 2 indicator mark near to 2 pins, from out of 6 pins , two pins are going to vdd and vss respectively, one more thing this device is used between microcontroller and connector, insort it's used between two device for interfacing.
Hope this information helps you.

It would help if you scope the voltage and feel how warm it gets. Then you will know its function and can decide. Is it externally powered thru this cable? if so then it may be the Vdd regulator. Any zener of similar power will work. YOu can even use an LED with a reverse diode instead of a Zener if you want say 3.3Vmax or two LED's Red and White for 5V and measure the current thru the connector and decide what is needed. LED's come in 20, 50, 100 and 350mA ratings and have lower ESR than zener's.

it would also be helpful to yourself if you identify the pins for each voltage and compare with the previous link I gave and see examples such as below.

Is it triple Zener in parallel?

may be this is CMKD6263DO

use google search engine for datasheet.

marking code:63D

mostly D is used for manufacturing plant. for verification check diode testingof your part and compare it with datasheet.
