create PF08109B Power Amplifier - Agilent Advanced Design System

Do you wanna create that amplifier in ADS ??? It's a module and copyrighted design and they won't give you the schematic of the amplifier.
It's "ready-to-use" device and all you should do is to prepare your PCB and assemble it ..that's it..
If you want to design an equivalent of this amplifier, it's another issue..
But I don't think you can do that...
 

but my lecturer asked me to do simulation for the circuit attached ... so i need idea from you guys...
S-PARAM... what is the correct settings ?

Ask him what exactly he wants you to do.

Simulation can mean many things, from system level (building block) simulation to circuit level simulation. For small signal, you can use linear simulation, but at higher power levels you might need nonlinear simulation. For all this, you need some data (S-parameters for linear simulation or X-parameters for nonlinear simulation) for the device which you should get from the manufacturer. We can't help you with that. Go and ask your professor what the exact task is.
 

my lecturer ask me to use software, to do simulation on it. so, ADS is what my lecturer asked me to use. what to set for the S-Param ? or X-Param?
 

myy lecturer learnt it before but not really know how to use now, but my lecturer insists to ask me to do simulation using software...
