Error to set baud rate

Recently i bought an 8051 development board and i use to connect it with PC through com port but
The problem occurs when i use Flash Magic.When i press ' start ' in flash magic it says 'Unable to connect at the specified baud rate,Try reducing the baud rate.Reset the hardware into ISP mode again.I tried the least baud rate available,even then it keeps saying the same message.How to get out of this error.
 

I hd set Half duplex mode and i don't know how to set d "data bits" and "parity". may u plz help me set that.
 

you mean from the pc you do not know how to set the data bit, pariry?
right click on COM port and set them
