Anybody care to share a phased array project or tutorial in HFSS, preferrably one with a dipole and no use of Antenna Array Setup....in other words, prefer one with all elements shown in simulation. It would great, too, if you can show how you solved mutual coupling between the elements.

Thanks.

I do not have one tutorial but you can go to the Balanis or Kraus to get any example of arrays of dipoles they are very popular. You can compare your radiation patterns with the book results

Even I was thinking to design an 3 & 4 element array in HFSS but unable to getting acquainted with this software :( can anybody help?

there is a paper in which phased array is implemented in helices. if you are a member of ieee you can download it.

Xiang-Qiang Li; Qing-Xiang Liu; Jian-Qiong Zhang; Liu Zhao; “16-element Single Layer rectangular radial line helical array antenna for high power applications.” Publication Year: 2010, IEEE Journals.
here the helix is given a rotation each time it is placed in an array. for that there is a tool in hfss which makes it easier to implement.
if you are designing the array around Z axis then, go for 'duplicate around axis' and mention the number of total elements.( that will be your number of radiating elements)
may be this would help.
