There is no source code (just a hex file which may or may not work), and the circuit has faults in it anyway. It is missing a
crystal on the RTC ic, and there are no series resistors for the LED matrix, and the microcontroller reset pin is left floating!
Just because something simulates doesn't mean it will work (or work well) in real life.
