Hi guys;

I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post this thread; I'm currently simulating a mixed-signal system design by AMS, with analog part drawed in cadence composer and digital in verilog;

When it comes to all-corner simulation, AMS is too time and license costly, so I attempt other simulator such as Finesim plus nc-verilog;

My question is what is your choice of simulator for MS system of all-corners concerning speed and accuracy (pll included)?

Is my combine a good alternative?

And is there any method to auto-gen spice-format netlist of mixed-signal system based on cadence environment as manually handle the netlist is very trivial and apt to mistake?

Cheers & BR
