Special route "Error" in SOC Encounter (error in Reading LEF technology)

Hi all,

When I trying to do Special route for Pad pins after the power ring has done, the terminal shows following err msg:

A total of 10 errors.



I had check the QA pins in netlist, it is connected. I also try to re-generate the memory model again and again, but still fails with the err msg.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
